Today was the introduction to the 100 day heart challenge... I am so excited !! I will meet with a dietitian on Thurs. and my trainer on Fri. I am so pumped... this is definitely a once in a life time opportunity, one that I am going to embrace and work diligently on the rest of my life ..... (:
