today I went on my walk and meet with my trainer Aaron. I had a good work out. This is getting fun !! I found a bread that has double fiber so I can have a sandwich every now and then it was a treat. Aaron is great and I look forward to meeting my goals with his help...

  1. Sandwiches... You can get some pretty good sandwiches, just remember to avoid the bacon and double mayonaise. Maybe some lean turkey would be good. I'ma go get one now.
