keeping up my goals

I had to miss my work out on monday family duties.. So I went yesterday I could tell that I missed my routine up it was a hard workout and I have been doing this for a couple of weeks.
I got through it so I guess I need to stick to a schedule this just let me know that if I don't keep it up how fast you can slide the other way.

Dallas I miss you but I hope you are having a blast.

  1. So true, I am almost afraid to NOT go to the gym just because I hate feeling like I am starting over again. Good job on getting through the workout!
